Affiliate Program
The WazBot affiliate program lets you earn commissions by referring new customers. Share your referral link, and when the people you refer become paying customers, you earn a share of their subscription.
How it works

Join the program and share your unique referral link with your audience.
Referrals qualify
When someone signs up through your link and becomes a qualified, paying customer, the referral is attributed to you.
Earn commissions
You earn a commission on qualified referrals, paid out through Flutterwave.
Commission
The current commission design is:

Joining & eligibility
To take part, join the affiliate program from your account and accept the program terms. Eligibility and any requirements are described when you join.
Referral links & attribution
When you join, you receive a unique referral link. A referral is attributed to you when someone uses your link to sign up. If a person already has a WazBot account, the referral may not be attributed. A referral typically becomes qualified once the referred customer meets the program conditions — for example, becoming a paying subscriber.
Commission statuses
In your affiliate dashboard, commissions usually move through these statuses:
- Pending — the commission has been recorded but is not yet approved.
- Approved — the commission has been confirmed and is eligible for payout.
- Paid — the commission has been paid out to you.

Where available, your dashboard shows information such as:
- Total and qualified referrals
- Pending, approved, and paid commission
- Your referral links
- Payout information
Use the labels shown in the application, as they reflect the live program.
Payouts
Payouts are made through Flutterwave (for example, to mobile money or a bank account, depending on availability). Your dashboard shows payout eligibility and status. Payout timing, processing, and any minimum payout are defined by the live program — check your dashboard for the current rules.
Program restrictions
To keep the program fair, the following are not allowed:
- Self-referrals (referring your own account)
- Fraudulent or artificial referrals and traffic
- Misleading or false advertising
- Unauthorized use of the WazBot brand
- Spam
Breaking these rules can result in commissions being withheld and removal from the program.
Affiliate troubleshooting

| Commission still pending | Commissions are approved once the referral qualifies; allow time for confirmation. |

| Payout unavailable | Check that your payout information is complete and you meet any payout conditions. |
