Analytics

Analytics shows how people move from first visit to active customer, so you can see what is working and where attention is needed. It brings together data from your funnels, conversations, and CRM.

Verified from product architecture
This article describes the metrics conceptually. The exact charts, date ranges, and breakdowns in your workspace depend on your plan and the current version of the application.

The funnel journey

A typical WazBot funnel is measured as a sequence of steps. Each step is usually smaller than the one before it, and the drop between steps shows you where to improve:

Visitors→
Page Views→
Form Starts→
Submissions→
Leads→
WhatsApp Clicks→
Conversations→
Customers
  • Visitors & Page Views — how many people reached your funnel and how often pages were viewed.
  • Form Starts & Submissions — how many began a form versus completed it.
  • Leads — submissions captured as records in your CRM.
  • WhatsApp Clicks — people who chose to continue into WhatsApp.
  • Conversations — chats that actually started with your business.
  • Customers — contacts who became known customers.

Reading conversion

Conversion is the share of people who move from one step to the next. A large drop at a particular step is a signal: for example, many page views but few form starts may mean the offer or page needs work, while many submissions but few WhatsApp clicks may mean the next step is unclear.

Attribution

Where possible, metrics are attributed back to the funnel, campaign, or source that produced them, so you can compare what drives results. See Campaigns and Funnel Leads & Forms.

Availability
The depth of analytics — historical ranges, exports, and detailed breakdowns — depends on your plan. Your live dashboard is authoritative for the numbers shown to your business.
