Billing

WazBot offers a range of plans so you can choose the capabilities that fit your business. This page explains how plans, usage, payments, and subscription changes work.

Pricing is set in the application
Plan names, prices, limits, trial length, and discounts shown here are illustrative. For current pricing, see the official WazBot pricing page. The live plan configuration inside your WazBot account is always the source of truth for the exact figures and allowances that apply to you — check the billing page in the app.

Plans vs. entitlements

It helps to understand two related but distinct ideas:

  • Plan — the commercial product you choose (for example a WhatsApp Automation, AI Funnel, or Full System tier). Your plan defines what you are paying for.
  • Entitlement — the actual capabilities and limits unlocked by your current, active subscription state. Entitlements are what your account can do right now.

In most cases your entitlements simply reflect your plan. They can differ when a subscription is in trial, past due, cancelled, or paused, or when a specific capability depends on your usage, account state, or a feature still rolling out. If a feature appears locked even though your plan lists it, check your subscription status first — the app is always authoritative on what your account is currently entitled to.

Plan families

WazBot plans are grouped into three families. Each family has one or more tiers.

WhatsApp Automation

Automate customer conversations on WhatsApp with an AI agent.

  • WA-1EssentialCore WhatsApp automation for a single number.
  • WA-2AdvancedMore capacity and capabilities as you scale.
  • WA-3ProfessionalHighest WhatsApp automation tier.

AI Funnel

Capture and convert leads with AI-assisted funnels.

  • F-1LimitedGet started with a single funnel.
  • F-2Multiple FunnelsRun several funnels in parallel.

Full System

WhatsApp automation and funnels together in one plan.

  • FS-1Full SystemThe complete WazBot toolkit.
  • FS-2Full System ProFull system with the highest capacity.

Comparing plans

When choosing a plan, compare the capabilities that matter most to your business, such as:

  • WhatsApp numbers and AI agents
  • Team seats
  • Knowledge sources and storage
  • CRM contacts and leads
  • Funnels, funnel pages, and forms
  • Campaigns and automations
  • AI usage and WhatsApp usage allowances

The exact allowances for each tier are shown on the pricing and billing pages inside the app.

Resource limits vs usage limits

Plans control two different kinds of limits:

  • Resource limits cap how many of something you can have — for example, the number of active AI agents or team seats.
  • Usage limits cap how much you can do during a billing period — for example, the number of AI interactions.

Understanding your usage

Where usage information is available, your account shows what you have used, what is included in your plan, and what remains. Usage may be tracked across categories such as AI conversations, AI interactions, WhatsApp conversations, automation executions, leads, form submissions, CRM contacts, and storage. The categories you see depend on your plan and the current version of the app.

Usage warnings

As you approach a limit, WazBot may warn you at these thresholds:

ThresholdWhat it means
80%You have used most of your allowance — a good time to review usage.
90%You are close to the limit; consider upgrading if you need more.
100%You have reached the limit for this period.
Exact behavior may vary
The warning thresholds and what happens at each one are controlled by the application. Check the usage messages in your account for the behavior that applies to your plan.

What happens at the limit

WazBot is not designed to charge surprise overage fees. When you reach a usage limit, the typical path is to upgrade to a plan with a higher allowance rather than being billed automatically for extra usage. The exact behavior — whether usage is blocked, soft-limited, or allowed to continue — follows the live implementation shown in your account.

Trial

Some customers can start with a trial before committing to a paid plan. A trial lets you explore the product with real features for a limited time. If a trial is available for your account, the app explains who is eligible, how long it lasts, what is included, and what happens when it ends.

  • Eligibility — not every account or plan is eligible. Whether a trial is offered depends on the product or plan and on the current commercial configuration.
  • Tied to your business — a trial belongs to your business, not to an individual teammate, so it applies across your workspace.
  • One active subscription — if your business already has an active subscription, retrying or revisiting the trial offer does not replace it. You keep what you already have.
  • When it ends — the app shows what happens at the end of a trial and whether a plan continues automatically, so review the details before it finishes.
Trial details live in your account
Trial availability and length are set by the current commercial configuration and can change. Your WazBot account is always the source of truth for the exact trial terms that apply to your business.

Subscriptions

Your subscription reflects your current plan, its status, the billing period, and renewal behavior. You can view your current plan and subscription status from the billing settings in your account.

Monthly vs annual billing

Where both options are available, you can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing may offer savings compared with paying monthly. The exact discount is shown at checkout in the app.

Payments

WazBot processes payments through Flutterwave. Depending on what is enabled for your region, supported methods may include:

  • Mobile money
  • Cards
  • Other methods supported by the gateway in your region
Regional availability
Available payment methods depend on your region and what the gateway currently supports. The checkout page shows the methods available to you.

Failed payments

If a payment fails:

  • Check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
  • Update your payment information in the billing settings.
  • Retry the payment from the billing page.
  • If it still fails, contact support with your account name and the transaction details.

Invoices

Where invoices are available, you can find and view them in your billing settings, including the billing date and payment status. If invoice download is not shown in your account, it may not be available yet for your plan or region.

Upgrading & downgrading

Upgrade when you need higher limits or additional features. New limits generally apply once the upgrade is confirmed. Downgrade when you need a smaller plan; the change usually takes effect at the next billing period. If your current usage is above the lower plan’s limits, review what will be restricted before downgrading.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel from the billing settings in your account.
  • Access typically continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Review what happens to your data and connected services before cancelling.
