Funnels

A funnel is a guided path that turns interest into a conversation. In WazBot, an AI funnel pairs a landing page and an offer with a clear call to action that leads the visitor into WhatsApp, where your AI agent takes over.

Verified from product architecture
This article describes funnels conceptually. The exact builder, page options, and publishing flow in your workspace depend on your plan and the current version of the application.

Pages and offers

  • Pages — the landing content a visitor sees, describing your offer.
  • Offer — the specific thing you want the visitor to act on (a product, a consultation, a discount).
  • Call to action — the button or link that moves the visitor forward, often straight into a WhatsApp conversation.

Forms

A funnel can include a form to capture details before or instead of starting a chat. Submissions become leads in your CRM. See Funnel Leads & Forms for how capture, validation, and consent work.

Generating and publishing

WazBot can help generate funnel content for you, which you then review and adjust. When you are ready, you publish the funnel so it is live at its own address and can start receiving visitors. Until it is published, changes are not visible to the public.

Runtime

Once live, the funnel records visits and interactions so you can measure performance (see Analytics). Visitors who start a chat flow into your conversation inbox like any other customer.

Availability
The number of funnels you can publish and the funnel features available depend on your plan — for example the AI Funnel and Full System plan families. Your live dashboard is authoritative for what is enabled on your subscription.
