Files & Media
WazBot stores the files and media your business uses — images sent in conversations, documents added to your knowledge base, and media used in funnels and campaigns — in one central place.
Verified from product architecture
This article describes file handling conceptually. The exact file types, size limits, and controls in your workspace depend on your plan and the current version of the application.
Private vs public assets
- Private files — only reachable by your business and through secure, time-limited links. Used for customer documents and anything sensitive.
- Public assets — meant to be shown openly, such as images on a published funnel page.
Secure access
Private files are not exposed by a simple guessable address. When a file needs to be shown, WazBot generates a secure link that works for a limited time, so access stays under your control. Files are kept within your business so one business cannot see another’s files.
Availability
Storage limits and the file types you can upload depend on your plan. If an upload is blocked, it may exceed a size or type limit for your subscription.
How files relate to other areas
- Knowledge Base — documents you upload become knowledge for your AI agent.
- Conversations — media exchanged with customers is stored here.
- Funnels — public images and media used on funnel pages.
